The house is located in a rural setting where a shepherd herding his cattle can still be spotted. Built on the mountainside just a few yards away from a sea inlet covered with white sand and washed by a choppy sea, its location is perfect for water sports. Two mountains guard it covered in vegetation where you can lose yourself as if you were living in a brothers Grimm fairy tale. There is a host of solitary beaches offering a wide range of possibilities; from easy access beaches with all types of amenities to hidden coves with sand that has not been treaded on, even during high season. On the hills you can find remains from our ancestors living together with the environment.

It is a luxury villa with a ground floor and two upper floors with a surface area of 210 sq m, located in a plot measuring 1,000 sq m with seasonal private swimming-pool (from 1 May to 31 September), private parking area, garden area and barbecue. It has large windows with breathtaking views to the sea from every room allowing the natural sunlight to freely enter the whole house. It has all necessary details for our guests to find every amenity, including free Wi-Fi throughout the dwelling.

The house contains a Turkish bath or Hamman, private outdoor swimming-pool with salt chlorination system without chemical products. The underfloor heating through geothermal energy attests to our commitment to sustainability, energy saving and the environment.
